Magnets

Magnets have been used for healing since ancient times and were considered "magical". Today magnets are still magical in their ability to help with physical pain. A magnet has two poles, North and South. For our purposes in health matters it is recommended to use only the North pole. Usually if they don't work it is because it has been put on a distant point instead of the origin of the problem.

There are only two basic rules to remember in the use of magnets:

1. Do not put them on your head or heart without the supervision of a doctor knowledgeable in this field.
2. Use only the North Pole.
